4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your hair! If you're not completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment, and we’ll do our best to make it right. While refunds are not guaranteed, we are always open to feedback and will work with you to find a solution.
