    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gratuity is appreciated and can be given in cash or on your card.
  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  • Do I need to book an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
    Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-ins when possible. You can book online or by phone.
  • What should I do if I’m running late?
    Please call us as soon as you know you’re running behind. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

    Yes, we offer cuts and styling for all ages and genders. Just let us know when booking so we can assign the appropriate stylist and timing.
