Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit Requirement

A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in person at the time of service.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the missed appointment.

  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service and consider it a late cancellation. A 25% fee may apply, or you may need to reschedule.

 

These policies help us manage our stylists' time and offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting.

Refunds

Because of the time and professional expertise required to perform salon services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

 

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your result, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We’ll do our best to make it right through a correction or adjustment, where appropriate.

 

Please note:

  • Adjustments must be scheduled within 10 days of the original service.

  • Changes in style preference or failure to follow aftercare instructions may not qualify.
